Proof of delivery
Never ask “did you get it?” again
Every delivery shows whether it has been opened and which files were saved, with the time. When a client says they never got it, you already know the answer.

Only the people you chose get in
Password-protect a delivery, set the day it closes, or pause the link in one tap. Anyone turned away sees who sent it and what to do next, not a dead page.
More
Small things that save you a message
Passwords and expiry
Set a password, or let the link close on a date you choose.
Your name comes first
Your logo and studio name lead the page, so clients remember who delivered.
File requests
Need the PNG, not the JPG? Your client asks in one tap and it lands on your to-do list.
Version history
Replace a file and the old one is kept, so nothing is overwritten by mistake.
Big files, no fuss
Uploads pause and resume, so hotel Wi-Fi after a shoot will not cost you the upload.
Collaborators
Bring in a second shooter or an editor to work on a delivery with you.
How it works
Two steps to send
- 1
Drop in the finished work
Drag in the files, name the delivery, and add a note wherever it helps.
- 2
Send one link

Solutions
Built for people who make things for clients
Four hundred photos, a brand kit or a 4K film: the delivery looks clear, carries your name, and opens without help.
Questions
Answers before you ask
What is Memocraft?
Memocraft is a client file delivery app for creatives. You drop your finished photos, videos or design files into a delivery, send your client one link, and see when they open it and which files they save. Clients do not need an account.
How do I send photos to a client without a zip file?
Create a delivery in Memocraft, drop in the photos and send the link. Your client sees every picture on one page, can save single photos or all of them straight to their phone, or download them on a computer. Nothing is zipped.
How do I know if my client downloaded the files?
Every Memocraft delivery has proof of delivery. It shows when the link was opened, which files were downloaded and when, and the kind of device, such as iPhone. You can also get a notification on your phone the moment it is opened.
Does my client need to sign up?
No. Clients open the link on any phone or computer with no account and no app. Only you, the creative, sign in, using your Google account.
Is Memocraft free?
Yes, you can start free with no card. Make an account with Google and send your first delivery straight away.
How big can my files be?
Each file can be up to 2 GB. Big uploads are split into parts that retry on their own, so a weak connection after a shoot does not cost you the whole upload.
Can I fix a blurry photo before I deliver it?
Yes. Memocraft includes a free photo enhancer that makes a photo four times bigger and rebuilds soft faces. It runs in your own browser, so the photo is processed on your device.
Can I protect or close a delivery link?
Yes. You can add a password, set the date the link closes, or pause it at any time. If you replace a file, the link stays the same and your client sees it marked as updated.
